12. Service Limitations

13. Return & Refund Policy for Subscriptions

If you have paid for premium features or subscriptions:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
  • Request refunds via our support team
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Partial month refunds calculated pro-rata
  • No refunds after 30-day period

14. Account Suspension & Service Termination
